Hi Ian, great shots of the North coast. What time does the race start as you guys maybe interested in the Portrush parkrun as a warm up. 09:30 start East Strand beach Portrush. Only parkrun on the beach in the world.

Ah I just checked and the start is at 06:00, I’ll try to make it down for the turn around at Dunluce though. It’ll be good to hear your comments on it when I eventually catch up with the podcasts, just listened to the Christmas Edition…
