  1. What a brilliant interview with Dr Maffetone, he sounds so normal….he treats food and athletes with a normal approach and keeps it simple. Love it. Thanks Ian, it’s great to get such an informed view on nutrition.Good bye white flour……. well…… maybe a holiday from it.
